Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
Whether you are returning for store credit, refund, or exchange for a different item, all items must come back to us in the same condition in which you received them with tags still attached or we will not issue a refund. Items purchased with a promotional code will not be refunded but may be returned for Store Credit or Exchange. When returning any item, they must include tags and show no signs of wear and tear, damage or alteration.
Returns (For Refund):
We must receive your item back to us within 7 business days from the day you received it.
Store Credit and Exchanges:
We must receive your item back to us within 14 days from the day you received it.
We recommend sending items back via a service that provides a tracking number (FedEx, UPS, DHL) or insured Priority Mail. We cannot be responsible for items lost on the way back to us. We do not reimburse shipping charges. When returning merchandise for Store Credit, Refund or Exchange, you are responsible for the safety, quality and cost of all merchandise. If your merchandise returns to us damaged, we will file a claim to recover the funds. Please ensure your packaged merchandise for the FULL AMOUNT, when sending it back for return.
